Terms & Conditions – Pre-Order

• Pre-order means reserving your product before it becomes available in stock. Shipping will commence according to the date stated on the product page.
• Full payment is required at the time of order (Cash on Delivery is not available for pre-orders).
• You may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before shipping.
• Once the order has been shipped, the Golden Warranty policy applies (exchange/return within the specified period).
• Quantities are limited, and priority is given based on the order of payment received.
• Minor changes in packaging or shipping dates may occur due to logistical reasons, and you will be notified immediately in such cases.
