Freedom to Exchange or Return within 7 Days of receiving your order.

No complications — simply contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to assist.

• Our warranty covers even opened perfumes, provided they are not excessively used and returned with the original packaging.
• If the fragrance doesn’t suit you as expected, you have the option to try an alternative perfume or request a refund.
• A fee of 29 will be deducted to cover return costs in case of a monetary refund.
• Returning the shipment to the courier company is the full responsibility of the customer. We recommend careful packaging of the product.
• Simple Conditions:Warranty applies only to orders placed through the official Roaya store.
• Returns will not be accepted if the perfume is damaged due to misuse.
• In case of an incorrect order or damage caused during shipping, the customer will be compensated after verification with the courier company.
